- To access taxi, car rental, designated driver, and delivery services, install the 'UBCAB' app and follow these steps:
- Download the application: http://onelink.to/ubcab
- Enter your phone number and receive a verification code via sms.
- Enter your address.

How can a rider connect their E-Barimt account?
Instructions: Before starting your trip, you need to navigate to the 'Profile' section located in the upper left corner of the user application. Then, proceed to enter your email address and ebarimt ID through the 'Ebarimt'. By doing so, your ride receipt will be automatically registered every time you make a payment.
To obtain an Ibarimt under an organization, choose the 'organization' option from the individual or organization selection before starting your trip. Enter the organization's registration number, and the document will be issued under the organization's name.
Receipts can be modified during the trip, and users have the option to change them before starting the trip or making payment.

Instructions for users to make calls using the application:
In the UBCab app, set your location, choose the type of service that suits you from the ride-hailing menu, and press the confirm button to connect with the nearest drivers.
Six drivers near your location will be notified, and if no driver is available, you can try calling again to request a taxi service. You can use the application at any time

Upon notification of the driver's arrival
- Upon the driver's arrival, details of the assigned driver, including their contact number, will be displayed on your app.Once the driver reaches your specified location and beeps, you can respond by selecting the appropriate option.The initial 5 minutes of waiting for the driver will be complimentary, thereafter, a charge of 200MNT will be incurred for each additional minute of waiting.If you are unable to reach the driver or if the trip is not feasible due to other reasons, you can cancel by clicking the 'CANCEL' button.
Commence Service
Upon entering the ride you requested, inform the driver of the last four digits of your phone number to confirm and commence your journey.
How to Pay for the Trip?
Customers have the option to pay either in cash or electronically.
Instructions for Using Coupons:
STEP 1. GIFT COUPON REGISTRATION
Navigate to the 'wallet' menu located in the upper left corner of the application's main menu. Enter your coupon's secret code into the 'My Coupons' section displayed on the screen.
STEP 2. PAY USING GIFT COUPON
If you activate the “coupon” option during the trip payment process, your fare will be covered using coupons.
NOTE: Only one coupon can be used per trip. If your payment is less than the coupon's value, no additional charges will be incurred. However, if the coupon value exceeds the fare amount, the remaining balance can be paid using alternative payment methods.

How to Rate a Driver?
Following each trip, a “rate the driver” section will appear in the app. Please ensure to rate the driver accordingly. Additionally, you can file a complaint through our social media accounts or by calling 7780-7780. Your ratings help set the standard, so we encourage you to submit your feedback after each trip.
How to Give Feedback?
You can review your trip history, select the trip that you encountered an issue with, access the details section, and provide feedback to the driver. This allows us to review the travel information and address the problem according to our procedures.
